I started actively avoiding news a few years ago. The change made a big positive impact on my anxiety levels.

I think a huge improvement that could be made to these videos is to offer 1 or 2 possible solutions to the problems in these list videos. I love these videos so much and I think it would be great if they also provided some solutions you might not think about.

Example: for the sleeping with the covers over your head, if you like the feeling of covers over your head but don’t want the negative effects of cutting off oxygen, consider a separate blanket, ear muffs, blindfold, or something like a scarf to cover your face without covering your nose and mouth.

I am glad this channel helps us become aware of what our habits can lead to! I am genuinely guilty of some habits, but I am curious is there any way we can turn this all around? What can we do to change these habits? How can we counter them? I'd love to see a video in relation with this one!! Lots of love to Psych2Go and Pysch2Goers!

This video really wants me to get out of my room, to eat some breakfast, socialize and go for a walk.

As a person with diagnosed social anxiety disorder, I'm really looking forward to any time I can gladly spend without people around me and never felt myself better than during the Corona insulation. I think, communicating humans is what really breaks my health.

Me: **slowly puts phone down**

10 seconds later: **proceeds to look a phone again**

This video just popped up on my recommendation and realized that almost everything mentioned was my habit. As of now I'm having a high blood pressure because of experiencing symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks surely because of those mentioned habits I'm doing. I'm wishing everyone who's experiencing anxiety and panic attacks like me would stand over it and fight. We can do it. We can.

I just like that she explained all of that in a 5 minute video. Other vidoes about the similar topic are like 20 minutes... too long! Also, this 5 minute video with such important knowledge and great explanation made me watch it! New subscriber!!! :D

this explains so mcuh why im a drain bamaged mormon that can hardly think straight most of teh time.
i never eat breakfast, when i do it's usually sugar-laden junk
i never socialize.
i hate the lights
My sleep schedule is non existent
I sit in a chair looking at a screen all day at work and barely move, scrolling through toxic social media feeds.
The only thing I don't do is blasting headphones - I like it just loud enough to be audible over ambient noise.
