RIP brother. You made me a better man. I grew up listening to your videos. Was a nobody and no one expected me to achieve anything. Lower income class family with crappiest genetics. Today, I am a Banker in NY and have finished 2 Ironman triathlons. Still listen to your videos. They help me grow everyday and become a man who hopefully would inspire youngsters down the line.

For those wondering why it feels like Greg is talking directly to you and why his message connects with your soul is because he's calling you out on your bullshit. I found Greg in 2012 back when Youtube was barely a thing. Joined his site after watching his "Best of the Best" video and was a member up until his death. His words helped me through a depressed state I was living in between 2013-2015. This video is fantastic but it doesn't even scratch the surface of the quality content found on his site. Greg Plitt was a visionary way before all these fitness influencers blew up. Every now and then when I need a kick in the ass to keep going I return to watch his videos and listen to his words of wisdom. Rest Easy Greg.

December 29, 2023 and getting back to it at 60 years of age after a shoulder injury 2 years ago.

Good diet and a lifetime of being fit provided me with the ability to remain fit even after a 2 year break.
