Purchase the fuel additive by the gallon and refill the tank size bottles. Makes it around a dollar a tank.

Great info, sir. And a genuine joy to hear it said in an accent other than standard, American English.

Started using this stuff a year ago on my high mileage Range Rover Sport now w/140K miles, SVT Raptor w/120K, 2 squirts a week in the tank after I treated every tank for a month. When I was treating it for that month, I would stomp on the throttles hard getting on freeways, etc to clean everything out. Wow. Fuel milage is up, and both idle like there not even running! both run like a top. Started using it in my BMW M6 to keep the upper cylinders lubricated on the super hot running turbo V8. This stuff really works and isn't harmful. Love it.

I brought my car in to a mechanic for a check engine issue. He swore by this stuff. He told me that before I pay to have the car diagnosed to try a bottle of this stuff. If it did not work then I should bring the car back. Sure enough, I tried it and it worked.

I have a 2012 bmw x5 with the n55 engine and a custom tune. on average i get about 350 miles on a full tank(20 gallons). With the Lucas complete fuel treatment I get 410 miles on a full tank. I buy the 1 quart size bottle and i get 4 fills out of it. It pays for itself almost 4 times over.

Well, I feel I need to comment on this particular product. I’ve got a 133, 000 mile 2008 Ford Mondeo 2.2 tdci (Diesel) that performs perfectly well in all gears with the exception of it coughs ever so slightly in all gears only when on very light throttle. Not all at all when on mid to full throttle.
So I checked the cat & DPF to find them both absolutes clean and spotless.
So I bought a litre of Lucas Diesel cleaner. And I’ve just added 50ml of this to my half tank of Premium Diesel.
And I can safely say it’s already made a difference to the cough on light throttle.
It hardly coughs like it previously did.
So this product is most definitely worth the £15 for the 1 litre..

This is all I use I would recommend put 155ml every 2nd 3rd tank. But me personally I put it in when my 2nd tanks on 1/4 let it run till gas light comes on

I don't know about cleaning, but it sure like it cleans well. I do know for a fact, every treatment nets me an extra 2-4mpg highway. At a dollar per treatment it's well worth it.

Techtron, Lucas, Seafoam and Berrymans all work I mix them and let a concentrate sit in fuel system overnight.

I have added about 3x to 4x the recommended dosage to my Chevy Cruze, doesn’t seem to of hurt it any. Hoping maybe it just makes it that much more effective. 🤷‍♂️

I was using it in my 4D56 diesel (Mitsubishi Triton - L200 etc) & it pings a lot with that stuff in it. Yes, I know it's a diesel but it sure sounds like pinging to me.
Anyway whatever the noise is, I didn't realize that this stuff was the cause until I stopped using it.
After I had filled up three times without adding any of it to the diesel fuel the noise that had been there for two years just vanished.
Then after a couple more full tanks I added the prescribed amount of Lucas fuel injector cleaner and the noise came back after 30 kilometers. If that isn't enough proof then I don't know what is.

It might be a coincidence, but after using Lucas fuel additive in 4-5 tanks of my Nissan, I started having problems with the ignition coils and had to replace all four of them (even though only one was likely faulty). I drove a few hundred miles and then began using Lucas again. After a couple more tanks, I had another issue with an ignition coil. The mechanic replaced it for free under warranty, but now I'm hesitant to use Lucas again, and I still have 2/3 of the bottle left. Do you think there is any chance that Lucas could affect the ignition coil's performance? Thank you.

I put two small bottles every time I fill up my 2012 F150. Also, I saw Seafoam Fuel Injector cleaner and it looks just like Lucas. Your thoughts on this, which one is better?
