Person at left, so appropriate, is Todd Harrison (not worth naming on screen or in the 'about' detail apparently), boy his ego will be pissed off. At 34:40 he introduces two leftist agendas racial inequality and anti Russia crap. The selection of astronaut teams is extremely complex with the mission commander selecting a team of winners. Given than all candidates are intellectually and technically the brightest and best in their fields; that is a level playing field. A spacecraft is a very confined, stressful and dangerous combined work and living space: there is absolutely no place for conflicting personalities, ego, temper tantrums, or disagreeable personal habits.

The continuous training lead time is very long and confined by necessity (the same reason as submariner and special forces training) to identify adverse - conflicting human traits. No one gets to go home at the end of the training day. After six weeks of continuous arduous and confined training, a person's core personality characteristic can no longer be hidden; often gross ugliness is revealed and they are no longer team-worthy. Astronauts Work / Eat / Crap within full view of each other: this is the most intimate human relationship under the most stressful circumstances. The leftist / Marxist crap that, "we are all the same" is a perpetual gross lie.

So this comment by Todd Harrison tells us all a lot about him and the revealed truth is very ugly indeed. Astronaut selection is based on ability, proven competence and team harmony. There is no gender equality race card issue here. Todd played the 'race card' and NWO anti Russia theme; which only proves that he is unsuitable for his high position.
