Crappy installation. The white plastic part is NOT only meant to take the measure for the hole in your countertop, it is ALSO needed to install underneath the countertop before screwing/fastening the tap with the black part. It is for stabilizing and withstanding pressure and so prevent breaking off or the tap becoming whobly. countertop is thicker than 32 mm, in that case you don't have to use the stabilizer. Better explain that?

I have bought the other one from Miomare however i broke the connection hose and now i can not find replacement because the male side is 6mm and female 3/8. Do you know where i can find? Thank you!
