Love this stuff. Wait until they have a 30% off sale. They also offer military discount of 10%. I had my 1, 600 sq. ft. house painted with it last June-2020, almost one year ago and it is fantastic. I live in Western Washington state with six months of rain. The exterior gets dirty, but a garden hose cleans it off very easily. Still looks like new.

Never buy Sherwin Williams rain refresh paint, you will get cheated. I bought SW Dark room colour. It looked totally different colour than my sample color of dark room. When I took it to the SW store in Sebring Fl, the manager said it is becouse I bought the glossy, then he said it is the fault of Rain Refresh product of Sherwin Williams. the sample looked more blackish in colour, but the 5 gallon paint looked really ugly when I painted on the trim and garage, it had more majanta than sample color. I will never buy again Sherwin Williams Paint. I really had a bad experience with Rain Refresh and Sherwin Williams.

Professional painters power sanded, oil based primed (because house is 80 years old) and applied the rain refresh. Within 6 months it is splitting and peeling. I cannot recommend this paint at all! What a waste of money!!
