Dear Captian, your last advice about always creating and improving is exactly what I am doing.
After a successful career as a chef/hotelier for the past 22 years. I retired only to become bored. I recently decided t open a tasting menu restaurant with ambitious goals.
My desire to one day own a Bering 88 will be fulfilled with continued hard work and drive to express my passion for from my cultures of living. African, Middle Eastern, Cajun, Creole, then mixed with the many cultures that make up our worldly cuisine. Persian, Indian, Asian etc.
