What I did was start from the beginning of the game then scavenge as much for high grade ammo(HGA) and by the time you get to the armory chapter you should have around 800HGA then just sell the wepon you use less and buy and sell the revolver since its the cheapest costing 45HGA then selling it for 13HGA and just repeat until you get the achievement. A faster way of doing this is selling and buying over and over until you run out of money and then reload checkpoint.

I don't understand this achievement. I've done so many trades and haven't gotten it.
