Although some states have yet to declare winners in key Congressional races, Republicans are expected to hold a slim majority in the House once all the votes are counted. NBC News’ Ali Vitali explains whether current House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has the support among Republicans to become Speaker of the House and how a GOP-controlled House could impact the president’s agenda after Democrats retained control of the Senate.
