BEST Scarhide // Smolderhide // Iron Hide farm location New World 2023

Hello Folks!
This is where I farm all of my Iron Hide Smolderhide and Scarhide
This is a spot I've found to be almost completely unknown! It's close to the amount of boars found in Edengrove, but with literally 0 competition.

As many have pointed out, OVERALL Iron Hide drop rates were nerfed in November 2022, so the amount I show in this video is no longer accurate. It's about 1/3rd of what it used to be. Worth noting this is for ALL Iron Hide farm spots, meaning this spot is still very efficient. Scar/Smolderhide was untouched.

I farm that spot when I need hides. The wolves up the hill aren't bad but for a melee are a bit harder to kill. I usually spend a half hour or so after I do my daily boss farm nearby for Gypsum.

Very nice video, I’d like to see more like this for other resources if you are feeling up to it. My biggest struggle in this game is making enough coin to buy the stuff I want/need. I don’t mind farming and putting in the work but it’s tough to find spots that are consistent.

This spawn is known too it's just that the boars in the original spot die way faster.

just so everyone knows, this spot along with many others was nerfed. they only drop 14 hide now.

Hello, can you maybe share your build with us? I've tried it today, I managed to gather 50 Scarhide, 22 Smolderhide and 5500 Iron Hide, do you think it is good enough? Because Iron Hides makes almost no money (0.11g each) on my server. I am pretty new to the game so.. Would love to hear what you think! Tyvm
