Love your reaction to the 'Voice of Legend' in China, Zhou Shen ❤ He came from a countryside family and lived quite lonely & independently with his sister while his parents worked in another province. Until 7-8yrs old, he moved to live with his parents. He loves singing very much and won every champion for his primary choir he led. Unfortunately he's been teased for his voice at teenage (& even now these days😢) and he didn't sing for 3 yrs in secondary school. After he regained his confidence later when he's invited to compete in an inter-sch singing competition, and he later sing in the Internet platform and won the champion of an Internet National singing contest when he's 19yrs old. Thx God he later switched his dentistry study to bel canto at Lviv in Ukraine. Because of many ppl's bias and lacking supporting resources, it's been a long & tough journey for him to sing in front of ppl and to be a great singer these days❤ We deeply appreciate, treasure and respect Zhou Shen for his angelic sound, multi changing voice, professional skills, multi languages talent, emotional delivery, positive attitude and warm character❤ As he mentioned that he initially tried different genre of songs as ppl think his voice is weird and his choice of singing is so limited. But later he becomes more confident and adventurous in exploring his music world. He's a very talented, creative, hard working, humorous and warm artist. I'd say the world is not so friendly to his uniqueness but he rewards ppl with his true heart and warmth ❤

ShenShen is just a precious gift, he is known for many OSTs not only drama series, movies but also video games, but mostly the themes are direct more to classic fantasy/historical dramas and such which his voice is very fitting for the genre. He does have baseline tone but he tries to incorporate traditional Chinese and bel canto into a lot of his singing.
ShenShen just have a strong love for music and a strong pride of his roots, thank heavens he changed his major to music instead of dentistry 😅

A bit of info for Richard & Johnny on 'Think of Me'. The reason why he sang in the hotel room was because, that evening he had a performance, he was supposed to sing two songs, but some unforseen circumstances happened, the time was running short, so the organiser cut short Charlie's performing time to one song. His fans were very disappointed, he sang for his fans live with his phone when he went back to his hotel room after the event to appease his fans, because he need to use the power socket so he has to kneel down near the power socket. According to Charlie, the sound quality will be better if you cover the mic with a piece of tissue.
