POULAN WOODSHARK CHAINSAW $10 FLIP-DIY FUEL LINE & FILTER REPLACEMENT CARBURETOR CLEANING FIX

Picked up this chainsaw on the inter webs for $10. The owner claimed it doesnt start and put it on Facebook marketplace. I picked it up and found numerous issues with it which doesn't surprise me why it doesn't start. Carburetor was dirty, gas line had deteriorated, fuel filter was missing, and a bolt was missing on the muffler. Took it a part and resolved all the issues, now it runs great, good enough to list on Craigslist or Letgo. Quick $10 chainsaw flip.

I have that saw that I bought new around '99. It will run perfect through one tank of gas and then doesn't start back up for a day or 2.

I special ordered the carburetor adjustment screwdriver to fix the idle and high speed mix. For some reason they always need small adjustments. It's a small hex with a narrow OD socket.

you could have used fishing line to pull fuel line thru

dang dude u going on the cheap my question is why din't you change all lines and primer bulb?? less than 10 bucks and u know that who ever u sold it to would not have any problems in the near future ...but good vid sorry worked in a shop for years so i allwase do the easy stuff and i keep that stuff around now because its cheap.also hemostats are what i use to help with pulling the line through.again thanks for the vid .
