We need to spend time studying scriptures, as well as secular knowledge and wisdom daily, so that we can know how to apply our learning to bless God, by choosing to bless mankind.

As an academic, scholarly thinking must evaluate theories based on the five pillars of the Doctrine of Christ: Faith, Repentance or personal change management, Baptism by Immersion or being all the way in with depth, and the Holy Ghost which verifies and validates all truth, and Endurance to the End including the conditioning that comes in preparation for greater challenges. The Doctrine of Christ is the secret of success in this life and the next.

Exactly! The sacrifice of Isaac and the flight of the Israelites, combined with the death of the firstborn and the sprinkling of the blood of the lamb on the door, can be explained in a way that is entirely in accordance with the Holy Spirit. - This is all logical and completely in line with the words of Jesus.
