so ive recently purchased a milk jelly blush as well and ive learned that when you first open it, it has like a syrup-ie tint over top of the blush, but after a few uses, the syrup like “dries out”, if that makes any sense, and then the blush becomes much more subtle

For the milk stain, take a brush and brush the jelly then apply to your cheeks, that's the only way you won't be left with a big streak lol
