In my opinion those characters are:
1-Batman for obvious reasons(him being a close friend of his and actually knowing that he can defeat him).
2-Doomsday because he can out-power him and he adapts so quickly that it leaves superman with limited options to take him out and he can't be killed permanently, also, he causes a lot of destruction.
3-Darkseid because he comes closer each day to achieving his goal and always threatens to take over the world and turn it into a 2nd Apokalypse.
4-MMH because his busted and is able to take on superman easily.
5-Himself because injustice 1&2 story.

Plastic Man is one for sure. There was an entire comic highlighting just how strong Plastic Man is, with Superman saying he never wanted to fight him. He’s quite literally one of the most powerful beings other than gods due to the fact that his only real weaknesses are excessive heat and cold, which even then are only temporary hinderances to him

Being able to phase through anything has got to be one of the most OP superpowers. It's like the perfect defense mechanism. No amount of laser beams or brute force could ever take down a hero like Martian Manhunter that easily. Attacks just goes right through him

Superman doesn’t want to fight Batman but not because he’s afraid of him or he knows he can’t beat Batman. Superman doesn’t want to fight Batman because he doesn’t need to. He doesn’t want to fight Batman because Batman is his FRIEND. Probably his best friend. These 2 love each other like brothers and while brothers disagree and argue and compete with each other, they don’t ever actually want to hurt each other. They don’t hate each other. They both know they’re a lot stronger when they stand together and fight side by side. In the last issue of Superman: Up in the Sky, Superman openly admits that if he and Batman fought, Batman would win every time because he would let Batman beat him. I don’t like how the so many comics, movies and fans and even DC are always pitting these 2 against each other. Because they’re best friends and i think that too often gets overlooked.
