There is a bipartisan push for Congress to pass more disaster funding. However, House Speaker Johnson is not budging. Rep. Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla., joins Katy Tur to share how his district is doing after Hurricane Milton and to weigh in on Johnson's comments on FEMA.
