GTA San Andreas - won $20M at video poker Royal Flush

I believe this is THE MOST you can win on a single hand of video poker. The only thing that might have been more impressive is getting an inside card, but either way, there's only one card that would have worked, the 10 of clubs. And guess what - it came up. It takes almost a minute for the money to count up.
