Little chimpanzee enjoys cuddles at Edinburgh Zoo

The five-month-old chimp was born just before lockdown. She was named Masindi following a public vote. The youngster shares her name with the nearest town to the Budongo Conservation Field Station in Uganda where RZSS funds vital conservation efforts for the species. As the zoo has reopened to visitors after the lockdown, Masindi can now be seen in the outdoor area of the Budongo Trail.
