CHOCOLATE SNOW CREAMS RECIPE

1 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of water
2-4 Tablespoons of chocolate powder
2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract
130-150 Grams of sweetened condensed milk

Mmmm this is nice. If i wanted a vanilla one....would a vanilla powder mix work? and if so would there be need for the vanilla extract? or actually a lesser amount of it?
