I so appreciate the content; however, I could not finish watching the interview. 😒 I ask this as kindly as possible: please consider eliminating the word, "right" from your speech. Michelle, you use it at the end of almost each sentence. This is not meant to be critical. The word, "right" has become so common in many people's vocabulary when speaking. I am hoping this trend starts to dissipate, especially in the professional community. Thank you for the interview. 🙂

I have this book. My only issue is there is no index if I want to find something really quickly. It's a great book but that's the downside for me. If you reissue the book include an index please.
