I need to read The Murder Bot... everyone raves about that series!

I hate books that talk down to you! There are lots of different ways to live a life.

I've been so busy this summer with travel and an anxiety about the fall that I think was lurking below the surface. Now that things have changed (per our instagram message) I feel so much more freedom to live summer up and have been reading regularly again! Whew!

The last Shakespeare I tried to read was Hamlet. I had read it before in school, but I was rereading it and I couldn’t get into it. I do want to try again someday. I kind of feel like Shakespeare is more designed to be watched than read TBH. I’ve had All Systems Redon my TBR for ages—I really want to get to it someday.

Something that helped me get through Macbeth or any Shakespeare really, was reading the book and listening to the audiobook simultaneously. You can find a few good quality dramatised audiobooks here on YouTube for free. It was a game changer for me and made me appreciate Shakespeare more because quite frankly he can be quite difficult to understand at times!
