The one thing in our way in between us and manifesting our desires or just living a happy life in general is our thoughts. Our mind seems this uncontrollable programme that we can't get a hold of and when anxiety or fears take over, it seems impossible to get out of thought spiral. It is because we never learned how to disidentify with our thoughts and how to reprogramme the mind. Our subconscious mind is deeply ingrained with negative thought patterns and fears that our taking over our whole emotional state. Let me teach you how to start to reprogram your subconscious and free yourself from the anxious mind and get out of negative thought spirals. Meditation is a crucial part of this, because it is the practice of learning how to disidentify with thoughts. How to meditate, how to get into alignment, how to reach higher frequencies in spiritual awakening and how to let go of negative thinking and let go of negative thoughts will all be covered. All of this is crucial when we are trying to identity shift to our highest timeline or quantum jump using the law of attraction to live the life of the highest frequency. After literally 20 years of therapy. Followed by finding the movie 'The Secret' Followered by buckets on top of buckets of tears and literal meltdowns feeling for the love I've just now at 73 years old thought I'd finnaly found...and scared to death i may be of hours of watching coaches....videos...2 plus year of wrestling with trying to help my own self... I feel like this video helped me a lot.

I've known about manifestation for a long time but, when I try to affirm, it feels wrong. It feels wrong to say the opposite of what you see and what you've been saying to yourself for so many years. It feels incredibly uncomfortable and even unsafe and I always give up on affirming.

When you talked about how meditating is the practice of learning to have a thought come in and not take it to heart but learn to let it go and identify with what you want to identify with, it made me feel that I actually don't have to stay with those old thoughts. That it's not necessary for me to keep the thoughts I don't like and it's only a matter of learning to let go in order to stop thinking them. That's it's okay to let the old thoughts go.

Meditation is only HALF of the process; the other half is Contemplation, it completes the process of shifting the attention away from the mind.

-Meditation is minimizing thinking, language.

-Contemplation is easier, is feeling, perceiving simple things without judgement.

Like Feeling the warmth of the sunlight on your skin.
Observing a photograph carefully. Etc etc and it can be done anywhere at anytime
