This is my set of 6 on my new hypertrophy pyramid program.

The sets go from 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 increasing by 10Lbs each set!

I’m seeing great results from this program and I’m already into week 4 of it!

I programmed front squats in my last 12 week program now it’s time to switch to some Safety Bar Squats!
