NASTY carpet removal!

We uplift and remove this carpet for our client to reveal the beautiful Tasmanian Oak hardwood floor underneath - but what a job! The underlay padding is so stubborn and really sticks to the floor, however with the right tools the job is done 👍🏻 Gripper removal is next and then the floor is ready for sanding and coating.

I don't understand why people cover up hardwood floors, especially with carpet! Nasty, smelly, collect every virus blanket that you walk on. Nasty!

That's not a hard job. You should have been at my place removing carpet that has been down for 40+ years and the rubber backing and glue caked onto wooden floor boards.
