Using linked databases

Linked databases let you include synced copies of the same content across different pages. Use them to include a filtered view of team tasks in your meeting notes, or create a dashboard of tasks assigned to you from different databases.

I was digging my brain on how to create self-synced databases that are a part of a master database. I tried Synced Blocks and copied database links and merged databases and what not.
And then I found this video !!!

Is it possible to do the inverse; have multiple databases feed into 1 main database, or do we have to have a master database that we pull from?

If I have 3 databases and I want to create a "master page" where I can see the combination of the databases.
These databases have some fields that are identical, like "deadline".

Is it possible to join the 3 databases into a single one and order by the field they have in common?

In the board view, I really wish you could sync the card order across instances of the database. The order of cards in a column/stack is important.... just as important as the column they're placed in. I was hoping I could turn the database into a synced block to achieve a synced card order, but doesn't seem like you can. I love Notion, but this is a real bummer for me!

I've made a daily journal that reflects all my tracking items, then i used the "rollup" feature to combine my habits in the weekly review database.
When i tried to utilize the same concept on monthly review, I didn't find the rollup feilds!!! Can I create a monthly rollup made from weeks rollups?

Why can I only see "link to a page" and not "link to a database" when I add a new basic block?

if I have a linked database, a person from marketing can unfilter and see all tasks? can we prevent so they can only see what we want them to see?

I am trying to find a solution to go back and forth between team and person todo lists, so I don't have to share my personal todos with a team but my team tasks are directly inside of my own todo database. This video is related to that but not quite. I think they should be separate databases that can overlap
