yes, regular unleaded fuel. material used are aluminium and nylon (to insulate). Re thinner yes, my final version was 15mm tube with a solid 6mm inner.

Greetings. Is that regular fuel ? (Non- lead fuel?) Can you let me know what materials did you use ? Could it be smaller and thinner? I'm thinking of building one for my old scooter that doesn't works anymore. Thanks.

Hello, I am looking to build the same setup but i have a pre build fuel guage. how do you measure the capacitance with the arduino? Do you still have the code? Maybe even a schematic.
