Escape the Backrooms OST - Escapee

I had the pleasure and privilege of hopping onto the humble team for this game, and working on most of the audio and music! This is the song that plays during the credits/end of the game, with its full duration. (The credits were shorter than I thought they'd be, thus the song was cut short in-game.)

I love how this perfectly encapsulates the feeling of escaping the Backrooms, at first it could be just another level, but after some inspection, You're in shock. You did it. You escaped. As excitement and happiness wells up inside you, you can't contain it, you're actually in reality, the Frontrooms, you finally get to see your family again! As you calm down you realize you should enjoy the moment, put everything else aside for a minute, sit down in the grass and breathe in some fresh air.

This song feels like slow realization of protagonist. At first main menu theme - expectation of another level to appear. Slow realization that the surroundings are the frontrooms. They feel proud of themselves that they've overcome everything balancing between life and death. And in the end it's time to rest after such long road full of difficulties and troubles.

I absolutely love how it fits with the credits in Fancy's Escape the Backrooms. You did an amazing job creating the soundtrack for the game!

The beginning has no reason to slap that hard, but it does and somehow perfectly captures what the backrooms feel like at the same time. Bravo, I'm so excited to hear this fine tune again

Now this is a relaxing yet retro kind of feel it makes the game more of a mystery and like you still have a long journey ahead but you decide to take a break in the arcade for a time being it's epic and masterfully made just for that and what i noticed you used some of the same beat from the menu at the start which i like as well

There has to be an extended version of this. There just has to. This is so beautiful. It captures the feeling that you finally finished an enormous journey, the misery is over, and now you get to jam out and finally relax, find your loved ones, slowly let that experience disappear from your life.

This game does not have the attention it deserves. Even kaif said it. This game is the best backrooms game, it's SUPER realistic and actually scares you, if i get seen by a monster i restart the level to not get scared. Goodjob man. Great work in making this game, you're good at this.
