Honestly this is true of most shows we loved as a kid. We always believed the kids were saving the day, but now we realize some of the “mean” adults actually had a point

For all his faults, Mr Boss was actually a pretty good dad, which is revealed later in the series. He just doesn’t like OTHER PEOPLE'S kids. He does maintain a pretty good work/life balance with Numbuh 86 though

i think the early seasons have more of that "maybe they're just blowing it out of proportion/maybe the world isn't that bad actually" but in due time they make it pretty apparent that it's more "There's pockets of sanity in this very insane world" more than anything.

My favorite fun fact for KND is that Number 1 and number 2 share the same voice actor, and he mentioned that the B.R.A episode was a notable experience to record since for most of it he was just talking to himself as different characters.

The teeth episode is one of those ones I remember watching even as a kid and thinking “doesn’t that hurt though?” when the kids showed their rotted teeth…

the villains in knd always made me wonder about the knd’s adult operatives. they were confirmed to exist, but the concept never had its own episode. it’s a cool idea though i’d have loved to seen it happen in the show’s later seasons
