Imo the price is not justified. They say it's for industrial use but with those v rollers and everything it doesn't look like a machine that can run 24/7 for weeks, which an industrial grade printer should handle. Also it's huge and printing very slowly so what's the point. The Y axis setup is pretty cool with the double linear rails spaced so far apart, but the rest just seems like basic ender 3 with mods that you can download from thingiverse

Upgraded my cr10s pro v2 with a sonicpad and got some really good results. I see the cr m4 is now compatible with the sonic pad. Would be good to see a review of both of these working together. Might help speed things up to a point. Found large prints can wobble if printing too high

It'll be interesting to hear your opinion of this considering the huge price to match the huge print volume....

Uh $1000 and still v-slot wheels. That doesn't make any sense.

Any updates on your thoughts with this printer?

Might be cool to throw the sonic pad on there.

Will this printer do a color change easily allowing you to change filament with the M600 command.. Can't find any information on this, and without this it a no go for me.. :)

Which slicer did you use with this printer? I'm new to 3D printing and cannot find this printer in Creality sllicer

the cable chain interests me greatly I've had a lot of ribbon cable related issues with my S1. eventually I'll have the time to design, model, test, and finish a modular system for cable management... that said I'd definitely just order a shortened version if that one for the S1... doubt that'll ever be an option though

Do not print in your room. I have a pretty sensible respiratory system, so I'm quite sure it's not healthy even with PLA.

damn that thing is slooow!
no point in a massive printer if it takes weeks to print something large
hope it can be klipperized
but even if it can be made faster, even with input shaping, this thing is going to print ugly higher layers because of the nature of bed slingers and the Z axis tower that's barely reinforced on both sided by 4 bolts.
IMHO cube style Core XY is the only way for something this large. Anything else is pointless

But you never gave us the print area size?? Doesnt look bigger or much bigger than CR10, but i guess i will have to look it up to know 🙄👍

It's expensive for what it does 😉
At some point you could actually build your own big 3d printer with better electronics and better linear rails 👍 plus better fans 😉

I think a bed slinger is not to good for big and heavy prints.
Imagine this having 5kg of plastic on the bed 🤔 and then the amount of electricity you have to waste for a few days just to keep something on that bed.
My opinion is: worthless gimmick
Why they don't come out with a idea on that bed to actually need the temperature only for the first mm of plastic melted on it?! There are so many improvements that can be done to make them bad.... it's just about making money on the most shining piece of 💩.
