Even as a sighted person, this would be amazing to learn. Of course I wouldn't need it during daytime but I would find it amazing to be able to navigate in pitch darkness without using lights. This can be especially useful for nighttime urban exploring or night walks in the woods, where you don't necessarily want to draw too much attention with a flashlight acting like a beacon.
Furthermore, it could also give sighted people a better understanding on how blind people are able to perceive their surroundings (given that they have learned the technique).

Do you ever imagine yourself as daredevil?
Also, how do you imagine seeing things? Is it like the red outlines like in the comics, or maybe like the blueish foggy look in the daredevil movie or the world on fire in the show? Or maybe some other way?

What. Why cant seeing person learn this?? I want this skill. If humans can do this why dnt we all learn it in school? Would be so useful at night or if I have a blind child in the future. Yes ofcourse you should take the opertunity to learn. Knowledge is never heavy to carry.

Why don't you learn the skill? I don't see how someone could be blind and never bother learning probably the most life changing skill one in that circumstance could possibly learn. Fun fact, no one actually taught Daniel that skill, no one even told him the skill existed. he was raised in an enviorment where he was essentially left to his own devices to navigate life, no school for the blind, no hand holding, no help, no restrictions from activities, no one ever told him "dont do that you'll get hurt" he was allowed to get hurt. etc. He has a quote "running into a pole is a pain, not being allowed to run into a pole is a disaster"
Relying on sound only to get an idea of where he was, he eventually naturally started clicking. He went to a normal school that had another blind kid there, the other blind kid was put through blind school associations, and was taught to be helpless essentially. People would bring him his books, lead him around, restrict him from danger, etc. This greatly disturbed daniel, that another blind person could he so helpless. So he would bully the helpless blind kid it's pretty sad really.

Of course you’d learn to echo locate! That’s a no-brainer, isn’t it? Blind people face enough challenges, surely they’d take advantage of anything at all that will help them!
