I'm a Dynamo Genius - Creator. Subconsciously, after too long of trying to do it all my self:( I'm now following Roger's 4 steps.
Step 1. Know the leaders - I sought the best in my current field (I'm self employed as a Leadership Development specialist) and now work with a global leader as a partner. Step 2 Be their customer - as I'm developing (and really passionate about a "new idea") which is connected to business retreats, I again sought the leaders int h field and became a customer, wealth dynamics and wen to Bali in May to do the WDA, hence my following of Roger who is a leader in business retreats.
Step 3 - Become their partner - which is why I'm seeking to explore how I might be crew/of service/value in Hawaii (or Bali) to learn more before…
Step 4- Carving out a niche that evolves from what is already an established market - entrepreneurial/leadership retreats
