basically, you just need to earn plat once in a PS3, Vita, or a PS4.
once you do, just use cloud sync.
it's easy triple plat.

wonder if any of my cross platforms are cross saves.. know borderlands was.. but its cross/trophy too

Can't wait to double platinum this. Finished beat school and all the dlc beat schools on my vita. Working on death mode when I have the patience and concentration. It'll be 124 silver, 2 gold and 2 platinums when I finish :) my mate said that's cheating, I told him that's vita :)

So once I have the platinum on the PS4, do I cloud sync it on the PS4, and then cloud sync it on the PS3 and PS Vita, or can I just switch consoles and cloud sync straight away?
