Thanks for the video, but unfortunately none of this solved this problem for me. I keep having "This Site Can't Provide a Secure Connection", "This site can't be reached" and "Connection Failed (-107)".

It was working fine last night... I updated Windows, turned the PC off and today can't access anything on the internet anymore.
