So for those who dont know, the V-bucks missions and rewards are only for founder players. Meaning when STW was in beta and still being developed. At first you could get vbucks just by logging in, and some extra during missions, but epic removed the daily login rewards, but also buffed your daily vbucks missions, and if you did the math, youd basically be getting 70 to 100 more vbucks a week instead of waiting every week for vbucks.

Not only that, for those who bought special tiers, you got weapons in stw only available to founders such as the nocturno, drumroll, or the masamune. Special weapons that had special perks such as after every reload, the target you shot at would explode causing splash damage, or every bullet increases crit damage by specific percentages. And not only that, its strategic in the sense its not just guns but traps and building strategy to lure the enemies into traps and builds, but you have a variety of enemies from long rage to short range to heavy and to infiltrator. Its an amazing game imo. I just wish epic didnt put it in thr back burner.

I mean, I wouldn't use this as a pedestal to praise Epic's monetization. Not only do newer players not earn the rewards despite paying for a mode that was PROMISED TO BE FREE for YEARS. But also skins in the game are $20. Everyone talks about how a digital instrument shouldn't be $10 when bundles can run you upwards of $50 for a few outfits which especially in the case of bundles are reskins of the same few outfits.

Them removing the daily rewards was the biggest POS scumbag move a company have ever done. Let me explain: So say you were one day away from getting 1000 vbucks for free, when the update dropped, it was removed without ANY prior warning in game, meaning ALOT of people were screwed over in the process. Luckily I had JUST claimed 1000 days log in and had no major vbuck claims anytime soon, but I will say the free vbucks from STW are pretty good still and actually I've been playing alot more since
