Don’t Let Imposter Syndrome Hold You Back

There is no single answer as to why people experience imposter syndrome. Some experts pin it on personality traits, others focus on childhood memories or behavioral causes. Factors outside of a person, such as their environment or institutionalized discrimination, can also play a significant role in the development of imposter feelings. Regardless of what causes those thoughts, there are ways to work through them.

Imposter syndrome only needs to be a temporary feeling - you are (and will be) able to shake it off for good!

When you’re dealing with the constant pressure to prove yourself or living with the fear that you’ll be ‘found out’ at any moment for the ‘fraud’ that you are, you’re hindering opportunities that could lead you to great things. Additionally, you're missing out on celebrating current achievements.

Over a period of 30 days, I’ll be working with each of you to offer practical tools and strategies for overcoming bouts of self-doubt, and I'll show you that your feelings are both valid and common.
