I was born and raised in the city but have always felt a connection to the country and ranching. I’m only a 14 year old girl living in the city but with a drive and heart for horses, cattle, hard work, and ranching. I don’t know where I would even start from to live in this lifestyle, especially at this young age but I know once I’m out of the house i’m going for it. I don’t own a horse, my grandpa recently sold all his cattle on his farm, and I have no experience in ranch life but I will learn. It will take time, hard effort, and sacrifices but one day I will make it. I just can’t see myself ever working a 9-5 job at a desk all day and I know for sure that this is my calling from God.

Cowboys are the best! I wasn’t cowboy for the youth of my life. My best friend and his dad had a big place in lone tree Wyoming. I learned so much back then. God wish things were close to the same!!!!

I’m a 15 year old city boy but I’m more happy in the country. I wish I had the skills to work as a ranch hand. 😔

I’d do anything to learn to be a rancher. It’s always been a hidden desire of mine, but I live in Wisconsin in the city. I don’t know where I would start but I do love hard work.
