You ladies keep me going every day! Calibrating and recalibrating my diet for my health. I'm always renewed after watching a Gillian Berry video and Mai I love that you children are so interested in your plate too😂
My 4 yr old daughter always willingly passes on her ravioli or chicken tenders, for some rambutan or green juice! She loves raw food. I'm so excited I didn't have to force it on her. It's like young children know instinctively when they eat fruit that it was made for us.

Wow, she looks amazing for her age. Sadly my 33 yr old nephew died 2 weeks ago with a brain tumor. He ate meat, fish chips, cakes, All junk food.. ide wished he had tried to go plant based.
