Common clinical manifestations of BPDCN and the major challenges in its diagnosis

Cristina Papayannidis, MD, PhD, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy, provides insights into the heterogeneous clinical presentation and associated diagnostic challenges of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN). Dr Papayannidis acknowledges the importance of lumbar puncture (LB) screening for diagnostic purposes as well as for ongoing therapeutic strategies.
