CHP Investigates Oakland Freeway Shooting That Killed Young Woman

There have been at least 77 freeway shootings in Alameda County in the past 12 months, according to Oakland police and California Highway Patrol data. Da Lin reports. (11-19-21)

I had never cried at just reading a news story until I saw the images of two year-old Jasper Wu's funeral earlier today, who died in the exact same way as this young lady. Our politicians, and those of us who voted for them on a platform to decimate public safety are responsible for this. Do you care about gun violence? So do I. The police were standing between us and the very firing of those bullets. Now we have young mothers and toddlers in the crossfire. You won't see the mayor of Oakland or the district attorney of San Francisco getting grazed by a bullet.

Seriously, they might have done something to trigger one of these animals without realizing it. Just looking at them is often enough. Or, you signaled and came into their lane in front of them and they didn't manage to block you. These people have room temperature IQ's, yet stratospheric egos, and will flip out if they run a red light and you happen to be going through on a green.
