This was great advice for us. We had a dog with diarrhea which we felt ways from eating something rancid. We withheld for 24 hours, as we started the homeopathic Arsenicum album 30c at 1 pellet for every 20lbs at 2-4 hour intervals. Then for the second 24 hours we fed white rice only, then a mixture of regular food and rice on the third day. No more diarrhea, stools back to what is normal. I've spent over $1000 between x-rays, meds and new dog foods trying to figure out why one of my 3 chis got diarrhea that won't go away. All tests come back negative and every medicine or food we try doesn't help. Going to stop food for 24 hrs and then try adding these probiotics if it continues. My vet never recommended to stop food for a day and this has gone on for almost an entire year. I also learned from this video that its large bowel diarrhea. Thanks for sharing! Doctor I am so grateful for your advice. My dog had serious diarrhea. I took goat milk and started with a syringe gave her this right after I added water and I given her plain no fruit Greek yogurt two spoons. Like within 30 minutes she was getting water on her own and I given her Nature’s grain free dry food she ate as much she showed get results. With two hours. I repeat the goat milk with syringe and two more spoons of plain Greek yogurt she became so awake. The live culture of the plain Greek yogurt eats up any bacteria in her body with great results she was feeling a little better not 100% but better than before. You're always my savior! You saved my golden when he was 4 months old when he had kennel cough and giardia. Also when he had ear infection. Now 2 years later, Ive come back to your videos. I took all the excitement away the kids with the high pitched voices. This seem to help my new 3 months puppy shih tzu..It allowed him to stay calm keeping emotions in tack seem to really help. Also no water during the fast..the water triggered more episodes. The kids were willing to be quiet for the puppy to get better. I kept them upstairs and whenever they ate they were very quiet. I hope this helps you all because I was ready to give up..

My dog just went through a bout of Diarrhea it lasted threedays durring that time he wouldn't eat anything. I made sure he had plenty of fresh water and kept cleaning up the liquid piles off the carpet. I have no idea what caused this but I'm glad its over.
