For UCSF Faculty: Advance - My CV Import

The Advance application is used by UCSF to facilitate the academic appointment and advancement process. A candidate for review maintains his/her CV in Advance and includes the CV as well as additional documentation in a review packet. The review packet is routed to and reviewed by campus reviewers who are responsible for certifying that an academic appointee has met his/her obligation for the appointed series, rank, and step.
This video demonstrates how to prepare a Word document for import into the Advance My CV module, how to edit the document once imported into My CV, and how to import citations from the UCSF Profiles application (maintained by CTSI) into the Peer Reviewed Publications section of My CV.
