The excitement was palpable as I stepped onboard the sleek Boeing 777-200, ready for an unforgettable flight. But, I have to be honest – the service at Newark Airport left much to be desired. With a mediocre experience and an unexpected closure of the lounge, it was a bit of a rocky start. 😕 However, the silver lining was a $30 USD refund for Business Class passengers. The adventure was just beginning! Once airborne, everything changed. The flight itself was nothing short of fantastic. The Air France 777-200's comfort and elegance truly shone, and the crew's warmth and professionalism instantly put me at ease. The long-haul journey became a true delight with spacious seats and top-notch amenities.

I’m disappointed in the lack of lounge at the terminal. How do you claim the voucher?

I was not aware that Air France had stopped flights at EWR/Newark Liberty International Airport. I flew Air France in 2003 or 2004 and they were remarkable it was premier class. Have they done away with first class? What is the difference between the Boeing 777-200 which you flew on and the Boeing 777-300 which flew from NYC Kennedy airport? Thanks again.
