We should drop pre-season rankings altogether.
So many teams undeservedly benefit from starting ranked high, others unfairly suffer from a super low preseason rank...

Just have the first rankings come out AFTER the first games of the season are played. The rankings should be based off of what we see on the field.

Joel, you know I respect you and all and that won't change but you talking TAMU, Michigan, Clemson, Arkansas, ND and then Wake, as in wake up and smell the coffee, in the Top 10. I don't know but I am fighting all those that I just mentioned to be on your Top 10!

Fully expect Bama to be the team to beat next year. Best Player on Defense (And College Football) Will Anderson and Heisman Trophy Winner Bryce Young.. Also the Schedule works out well. Get Texas A & M and Auburn at Home and Travel to Texas Early in the Season..

Every year Notre Dame is in the Preseason Top 10. If they win their one quality game they move into the Top 6. So sick of the Notre Dame love.

Yes, Georgia will miss a ton of guys on defense, but they recruit a lot of 5 star defensive talent that will be ready to step in. Georgia has 2 amazing qbs going to battle it out this off-season in gunner and brock. I can't wait to see what this offense can do with a high caliber dual threat qb option. God help the sec east if caleb Williams transfers in to uga!
