My tips for dead rails:

- Play with friends if you have any, will make the game a whole lot easier.

- Always armour up your train if possible.

- Never go out at night, drive your train if it's unarmoured or sit in your train if it is armoured.

- The most important tip in my opinion, never take risks early game ( fighting bandits, raiding towns, ect ) unless you have a weapon or know what you are doing.

In the Tesla lab you can stay on top of one of the crates after pulling the lever and wait for the music to end. Once you do that quickly jump down and get back on to the crate and use Molotovs or holy water on the scientist zombies once they get grouped up.

Tips that I use most likely always:
If 2 player then you should get navy revolver and 2x ammo so the other player gets coal
Dont burn the newspapers. Attach them to train cabin
Always shoot in the head. It deals much more damage
Jade katana is only useful with survivalist, werewolf or necromancer
Miner is a really good class for its price. Do not blame low lvls that use it
Attach barber wire to train windows. Its peak
Always weld one horse to the train. You can block castle exit to shoot werewolves OR glitch in vaults without having code
As a vampire theres a bug to remove sun damage. You just need to leave right when you join and then join back (might need more than 1 attempt if mobile)
At tesla just climb one of the crates and put 2 thunder rods. You technically wont even have to shoot npcs also. Just beat with shovel
At tesla use werewolf/vampire to bring all npcs to one crate
At tesla you can easily use holy water on a bunch of npcs
Weld tesla gun near 1 lightning rod on a train. It will be kind of a recharge station at stormy nights
Always take the thingy from farm. You can fly on it and weld things to it (mostly used for electric remains)
Highly recommended to skip normal houses if you have a lot of fuel unless its doctor or sheriff or gunsmith
At towns you can bring a bunch of zombies to station or train and beat them up with shovel
If you ever get some spare sheet metal then weld 2 of them to the end of the train. No one will fall and it will be harder for zombies to climb
Not really recommended to drive at night if you dont see anything. Theres a chance you would skip a sterling or a farm.
Near bases there might spawn tesla sometimes. Make sure to look properly
Always get a miner helmet
Think of making a codeword so the other player can type it very fast in case they fall or see something that might be useful. I usually use letter T
Always make sure to have a shotgun or sawed off. It deals tons of damage to bosses and werewolfs
Always have more than 1 type of gun. It will be useful if one is low ammo
Always have more than 1 melee. You can basically increase your damage
With jade mask you can recharge tesla pistol (same for holy water, crucifix)
Take some crucifix to the castle. Might need them against a bunch of werewolves
To the cart from farm you can weld turrets.

If u put the electurioner over a dead body then reanimate it with jade mask it will reload the elecicutioner

My own tips n tricks for "Dead Rails":

•With a keyboard:
-Press "/" or "slash" while pressing "W", this way, u can move ahead while AFK and also look around. (Can also use on train) and this works on most Roblox games
•Normal:
-Get picaxe if possible or if u have the class, use it for ores which r really common for coal, gold, silver.
-At the start, if any miner is there, DONT buy any more coal, 2 coal is enough to start.
Raiding:
-For "Fort Constitution": Ride a horse, have a gun with a good amount of ammo, lure the zombies out and shoot em as they come. Then search for "Captain Prescott" kill him and store his corpse (is worth 150$) and take the key near him and use it to unlock the room, and take everything (6 bonds, cannon and cannon ammo)
-Any houses: if there are zombies inside, go around to attract them (but not near the door as they can come out) then kill em from the walls with a meele weapon (hitbox glitch) but don't get to close as they can attack too.
-After getting a cart, with a horse (tamed), (guaranteed in farms) connect the horse and cart. And now u can weld stuff on the cart, and even weld the cart to the train, so when at towns, u can unweld the cart, ride on the horse then shoot zombies with a gun, and after looting houses, if ur sack is full, u can weld stuff to the cart.
-For the tesla lab, Idc if u wanna revive Nicola Tesla, but if ur sack's full, u can use the tip above again. And if u revive Nicola Tesla, then after the wave of zombies (a storm night will happen) take a lightning rod and weld it to a cart or train outside and on a horse, go around and lure zombies while headshotting the zombies with a gun
-Get barricades and while looting towns, if theres a zombie, vampire or werewolve night, and u might not be able to head back to ur house, or keep wanna raiding the house, and possibly the town at morning aswel, u can just put a barricade on a house door, and that will keep anything out and slowly damage them. And also go around, lure the zombies and on a horse, head shot all of the zombies then loot the town.

You can use a horse, dead or alive, and glitch into bank vaults by putting it in your sack and releasing it half into the wall. Then ride the horse and you’re in. This is much easier with an alive horse but dead ones still work.

8:15 tesla is a lot easier than it seems, just grab a lightning rod from inside the building and go outside and pick of zombies 1 by 1…they take time while spawning so you will not face crowd just keep moving around a little bit to lure the ones stuck in walls and you are good to go!! 😊

One thing I have to say is the only reason I suck at dead rails is because I don’t have like a computer or any like specific gaming device I have to do it on an IPAD💀 also tip:
If you have a chair, don’t sell it or use it as fuel. Take the chair and weld it so it’s facing forward on the outside of the train right behind the drivers seat and when you jump up under the chair it will teleport you into the train if you need to get into it really quickly

I find it easier to just play pacifist at end just drink as much snake oil as you can, run out there, lower the bridge, and get back in the cockpit and wait the 3 mins

If you have more than 1 melee, don't sell them: all melees have different speed scripts, so if you keep your shotgun and rifle on your hotbar, cicle and click between 3 melees, boom, you just tripled your melee DPS, which is useful if you're low on bullets, need to kill enemies close to walls or free farm enemies spawned by moons while inside the train, presuming no enemies can get in and you get a bit closer to the walls while safe.

I think that the best tip is, that when you build Tesla and the zombies start to spawn, just stand on the wheel, wait like 2 minutes, so the zombies will come, and then just throw Molotov or holy water on them.

My best tip, use miner class and when you spawn buy a shotgun and some ammo because the 2 coal will be just enough to get to the first town where there will be plenty of zombies to get to the first safe house

9:11 what I personally do is get a bit close to the final outpost, snipe the bandits on top, then go a bit further in, snipe some more bandits, and then take out the one bandit on the other side of the walls. Then, I turn on the crank and wait on the bridge bar.

One fun tip in tesla after pulling lever: if its near the railroad, go in train and hide if u used the newspaper defense strategy, then spam melee and/or throw holy water or molotov

If you jam tour horse into the bank where the vault is and mount it you can glitch into the vault without the code or killing the bankmaster zombie.

It is night and the conductor cabine of the train is blocked, u can farm the zombies, werewolf or vampire without they attacking u, and for some reason u get caught in night, with no fuel and no protection, sit in the driver seat, the creatures probably will go to the roof, but isn't 100%, Also, u can use the chair to teleport inside of the train

3:55 wrong bro. Use werewolf class at night time to clear towns. If you are lucky enough get a mining helmet for added light. The werewolf class is so op that a large town is so simple and easy.. you have increased speed. Increased damage.. you basically run like a horse class on snake oil all night long and pretty much do double damage. You can 3 shot a werewolf with any shotgun with out getting a single head shot.. the mouser will 1 shot zombies in the head. Rifle will 1 shot zombies anywhere you aim ( legs arms or chest ) just spend the night running back n forth killing the zombies and loot everything in the day. You can VERY easily clear a large town in 1 night yea sure more enemies spawn or special enemies spawn like vampires or werewolves at night but your so fast and strong they won’t even bother you. Iv NEVER been able to clear any town this fast and easy untill I used werewolf class at night.
