I go with the rib eye cap. Get 4-5 of them, thicc, fat is minimal for around $35. Cook 2-3, freeze 2 for another day off.

Look for anything USDA prime at Costco or Sam's. It's the highest grade of beef and the most tender. It's also the most expensive, but about the same price as USDA choice steaks found in your local meat market or grocery store.

I use sirloin for beef stir fry recipes. You only need half to cook a main dish. Pair it with some soup and rice and you have 2 days worth of food.

Choice has a lot less fat, so better to go with that while dieting. Turkey and chicken are better for dieting though vs beef or pork.

Ribeye number one of those three steaks… the other one are tuff ..so it’s ribeye, T-bone or porterhouse steak… those are tender!!! Like butter.. all you need is salt and pepper.

Costco ribeyes are the way to go. The flavor is superior to sirloin or filet minion and they take 5 min to cook rare-med rare.
