The Sweet Road 2 is my favorite pair of shoes I own, but I don't run in it. I just jump rope in it. I run most of my mileage in Saucony Kinvaras and Type A's for my fast runs. Still, Sweet Road 2's is the most comfortable and cushioned shoe I own. I could run in it if I need to and I'm sure I'd be okay with it.
