Wow! Fantastic demonstration. Clean, cut, clear and concise. It's amazing to see this much worth of equipment being used in a single space to test and produce these types of hands-on results. I am subscribed!

I have been following your wiki and blog for test information for a couple years. It has been a great source of information. I have used it for configuring a Netgear switch and had pieced most of this together from your other writings and sources, but this was a great video that brought it all together. I will be using it to configure the second computer to be a plug-in host using AVB. I wish you could use AVB as a HW insert. I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks so much. I own a S3L-X system myself. 2 things that would be very interesting in my opinion is waves integration and DSP upgrade. Would love to see or hear your opinion. Greetings

Hi, I hope you are well! And I hope you will continue making the videos for us Avid S3L-X users. I love your stuff, and I love to watch video more than reading. The videos open the stuff more to you, that reading. :) So question. I have a group that has drums, gtr and rapper. I have one Stagebox 16 and one macbook pro on stage. One Cat is going fron engine to stagebox A to B and other cat is going from S3 B to macbook pro. It works greate. The mac book is taking care the backing tracks. I use this because I dont want to but another Stage 16 just for 5 ch of backing tracks because this works nice this way. But many times I would have like to record the show and dont want to get another engine for that. SO my question is that can I use the first computer for backing tracks as I am doing now and the redundant as recording device only??? It would awesome!! Thank you!! :)
