Excellent testimony. The only statement made by Dr. Peiser that I wish he had not made was at the 7:15  mark when he said:

"So, a carbon tax would only make sense if it were adopted universally."

Since carbon dioxide (not "carbon") emissions from human activities are not know to have significant impact on climate, there would be no point in having a tax of any kind on carbon dioxide emissions if the goal is climate control.
