Can't state enough how impressed I was with Colin coming in and giving us three scoreless out fo the pen. Legendary performance.

Wow a double header sweep that the club badly needed. After the tough loss monday night. The braves bounce back to sweep the double header. Ozzie, Rosario, and especially acuña with a monster home run. Nice to see bullpen come through this game mchugh was good and jimenez. Nice double header sweep. Back home we go as colorado comes to town. Go braves #ForTheA

Notes From the Game:
- Dylan Dodd did NOT look good in this outing, Only going 4 Innings and allowing 5 Runs on 6 Hits, Walking 3 And Striking Out 2. Nevertheless, he gets a No Decision, Keeping him at 2-1 on the Season, but his ERA is at an Alarming 7.40.
+ However, the Bullpen was INCREDIBLE Today! McHugh, Jimenez, and Minter Worked Together to Pitch 5 PERFECT Innings, Not allowing a SINGLE Tiger to get On Base while Striking Out 6. Collin McHugh gets the Win in the Relief, Pitching 3 PERFECT Frames whle Striking Out 4 Along the Way! McHugh improves to a 3-0 Record with an ERA of 2.79!
ROTATION TOTAL: 9 Innings, 5 Runs, 6 Hits, 3 Walks, 8 Strike Outs, 3 Home Runs Allowed.

Game 1 was a Runfest, and Game 2 was a Fireworks Show! But the Braves Offense Made their Shots Count!
+ AUSTIN 3:16 Gets the Show Started by Doin' the Basics! A RBI Sacrifice Fly in the 1st, and a Single in the 5th. Riley holds onto a .265/.329/.768 Line through 68 Games!
+ The OZ-Man with some POWER Today! 2-4 with a Solo Super Missile in the 2nd, and a Double in the 4th! Ozzie steps up to a .257/.312/.798 Line with 15 Homers in 68 Games!
+ Acuna Continues to SMASH the Ball! 1-3 with a Solo Super Missile that TRIED TO BREAK THE BATTER'S EYE WALL IN CENTER! Acuna Stands in with a .333/.405/.985 Line with 15 Home Runs through 68 Games!
+ Acria Keeps the Basics Covered! 2-4 with Two Singles and Two RBIs! Arcia holds firm with a .331/.383/.853 Line in 47 Games!
+ Eddie MONEY with the Decisive Blow! 2-4 with a Single in the 4th, and the GO-AHEAD, GAME-DECISIVE SOLO LASER MISSILE TO RIGHT! Rosario Holds Firm with a .249/.282/.732 Line with 9 Home Runs in 59 Games!
+ OTHER NOTABLES: Ozuna and Olson Each had 1 Hit. Acuna Managed 2 Walks, while Rosario and Olson Managed 1 Walk. Michael Harris II and Sean Murphy BOTH had 0'fers Today.

+ A DOUBLEHEADER SWEEP FOR THE BRAVES! I've gotta hand it to Detroit's Offense though; They Gave the Tomahawk Chop's Rotation a NEEDED REALITY CHECK. For a Rag-Tag Team in the middle of a Re-Build, The Tigers gave everything they had against the Braves... Came Up Short in the Doubleheader.... But WON One Game they really didn't have any business winning. THAT'S what a Rebuilding Team Does: Grinds Out Wins from Uncertain and Unexpected Games. I know times aren't great, Tigers Fans, but at least Management has figured out the Glitch, and You have one of the Best Managers out there in A.J. Hinch. Keep Building, Tigers Nation. There will be direction forward out there.
- No Standings Update at this time due to the Other NL East Teams Playing at this time. Please be patient!

WHAT'S NEXT?
The Detroit Tigers will catch a Flight Westward to Target Field in Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN, where their Divisional Leader and Rival in the Minnesota Twins await. Matthew Boyd will take the mound for the Tigers, Who's Off to a Rocky Start in June, Going 0-1 so far and allowing 6 Runs in 10 Innings. Meanwhile, Sonny Gray will take the helm for the Twins, Who is also struggling in June, Possessing an 0-1 Record with 4 Runs Allowed in 11 2/3 Innings.

Can Boyd and the Tigers work their way back into the Win Column?
Or will Sonny and the Twins Leave a Gray Cloud Over the Motor City?
We will find out at 7:10 P.M. EDT / 6:10 P.M. CDT on Bally Sports Detroit (Tigers) and North (Twins)!

With the Three Games in the Motor City Done, The Atlanta Braves will return back home to Atlanta, GA, though only for a Short Time, as they will greet the Colorado Rookies for a 4-Game Showdown under the Evening Skies of Truist Park in a Battle Between the NL's Best Team Right NOW.... and the Worst Team in the NL West.

Kyle Freeland will answer the Call for the Rockies, Who's Had a Good June so far, but doesn't have the Record to Prove it, posting an 0-1 Record Despite only allowing 3 Runs in 12 Innings so far.

Meanwhile, A.J. SMITH-SHAWVER will take up Battle Stations for the Bravos, Who's Looking Good to start his MLB Career in the Month of June. Though he has yet to earn a Major League Win, He's Allowed 2 Unearned Runs in 7 2/3 Innings in 2 Appearances (1 Starting).

Can SMITH-SHAWVER and the Braves Start this Short Home Series with a 3-Game Winning Streak?
Or will Freeland and the Rockies Spoil their Arrival with a Win of their Own?
We Will Find Out at 7:20 P.M. EDT / 5:20 P.M. MDT on ATT-SportsNet Rocky Mountain (Rockies) and Bally Sports Southeast (Braves)!

3:36 Albies was OUT. Very clear on at least 3 different camera angles. I can't believe the Tigers didn't challenge. They still had theirs. What is going on with this staff? Feels like they _want_ to lose sometimes.

They could've had the lead by the bottom of the inning—you can't be making costly mistakes like that from the dugout.

Can we appreciate how hard Murphy ran on a double play that he hit right at a guy? Ended up with the first basemen having to pick it off one hop. Anything can happen. Love him!

Not often the braves catch a break from the umps, but Ozzie was out by a mile. The catcher wanted an appeal. The coach said nah. Thanks coach! No extra innings needed. Chop on!

Game 68: Braves offense was hot once again and we just squeeze by for the win today. Acuna, Albies and Rosario with home runs today. The bullpen was solid after Dodd left the game.

3:41 I believe he was out at home. Looks like he tagged him on the right foot. Not that it mattered.

Meh, looked like Albies got out at home being tagged on the leg before touching home. I'm a Braves fan but that didn't look like he was safe with that slow motion footage.
