Description:
This talk will be an under-the-hood look at developing an open source DBaaS. We'll look at the components that are used for its backend services, frontend, and the inner workings of a DBaaS running on top of Kubernetes.

We'll also show demos of creating, deleting, managing and otherwise wrangling databases using operators and explain what happens behind the scenes. This project is still in heavy development, and we'll have lots of recent lessons to share.
